In line with Lyreco's corporate values, we decided to enhance our social and charity initiatives and are supporting UNICEF actions to develop child education in Bangladesh.  UNICEF is on the ground in over 150 countries and territories to help children survive and thrive, from early childhood to adolescence.
Lyreco is committed to support a large UNICEF project called 'Early Learning For Development' in Bangladesh. The aim of this initiative is to help make access to schools easier for one million children aged 3 to 5 years. By entering the school system as early as possible, these children can benefit from appropriate care, vaccination and nutrition, giving them a better chance at success in their education and life! Our goal is to help UNICEF extend this program to more children in need. Working together as a global organisation, we estimate Lyreco's support of this program can: - Help more than 8,400 children in a three year period
- Train over 100 teachers
- Support some 50 early learning centres
