We'll return goods within 30 days of delivery provided that the goods remain unopened, are returned in their original packaging & are in the condition which they were originally delivered. A small range of items within our catalogue are non-returnable due to the nature of the product. If an item is non-returnable this will be specified in the product information.

Where listed, please follow the End User Action instruction on page 358 & 359 of the 2010 Lyreco Catalogue. Alternatively, please contact the Lyreco Customer Service Team on 1300 36 36 08 for the correct procedure to follow. All other goods found to be defective within 1 year of delivery (not included in the list on page 358 & 359 of the 2010 Lyreco Catalogue) will be replaced, repaired or refunded by Lyreco without charge.
